What to expect once your order is placed — from dispatch to delivery.

Orders are dispatched from our facility at Kshipra, District Indore, Madhya Pradesh, once payment is confirmed. Standard products are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order equipment may take longer, depending on specifications; the expected dispatch timeline will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your delivery location and the transport/logistics partner handling the shipment. Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control such as weather, transport strikes, or regulatory checkpoints.
Shipping and freight charges, where applicable, depend on the size, weight, and delivery destination of the equipment ordered. Applicable charges will be communicated and confirmed with you before or at the time of order confirmation, and may be shown separately on your invoice.
Orders are shipped through reputed transport/logistics partners. Once the shipment is handed over to the transporter, delivery is subject to the transporter's own terms and timelines. We will share tracking or transport details with you, where available, so you can follow up directly with the transporter if needed.
Please inspect the equipment at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, please note it with the delivery/transport agent and inform us within 48 hours at rahulprajapat02525@gmail.com or +91 8305033403, along with photographs, so we can assist you as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order details and we will check the status with our logistics partner and update you at the earliest.
